The splines on my new to me 2002 250ex shift lever are worn out and I need to replace the shift lever. Who has the best deal on a stock replacement or aftermarket one??

which is more durable in your opinion? IMS or Honda?

MY opinion? Myself, I use OEM parts unless I am installing an improved or heavy duty part.
If I was replacing the shift lever on my machine and needed an improved design, I would probably use a MOD QUAD, PRO ARMOR or HAMMERHEAD design. Unfortunately they do not make one for your application (it's too old or not of racing heritage).

If you are utility and want to go cheap, use the EMGO. If you intend to keep it for a long time, use the IMS or Honda.

IMS doesn't make a lever for this model. So looks like I'm stuck going with the Honda one.
