Hi I have a 2007 trx450er that won't start I can hear the starter hit but the motor won't turn could someone tell me what the problem could be

If the starter motor spins but does not turn the crankshaft, the possibilities are:
A problem with the starter motor
A problem with the starter clutch
Most generally, the problem is with the starter clutch and is most usually caused by failure to change the oil at frequent and regular intervals with correctly rated oil.
