Im trying to replace the steering stem bearing but my snap ring broke and now its stuck inside. Any help or suggestions on how to take out a broken snap ring would be greatful

Try a very small flat head screwdriver "careful not to break the tip of the driver off" to get one side lifted up and needle nose pliers to grab it when you get it lifted and tear that out of there don't worry about destroying the old C Clip because you can get new ones for less then .30 cents at any hardware store.
