hello allijust got new tie rod ends formy 88 trx 250x and when i try to take the nut off to take it off the bolt wants to turn in the tie rod housing that goes thru the a-arms anyone have any ideas how to get get the bolt to stop turning

try to get a pair of channel locks around the bubber boot on the oppisite side of the a-arm. tear the boot off if need be

Yeah, channel locks on that tie rod bolt are going to be the only way to hold that bolt in place, that and some good old fashioned muscle.

Most of those tie-rod bolts have flats on 2 sides that a 10mm wrench will fit to hold the bolt while the nut is being removed - or use an impact wrench to remove the nut while prying the rod end up with a pickle fork
