I recently bought an 06 TRX300ex in nice condition. It shifts into neutral ok when it is cool and on flat ground, but I have trouble getting to neutral when it warms up or is not on flat ground. It seems to want to skip to second gear even if I raise the shifter carefully. This is a real problem since it needs to be in neutral to operate the manual reverse lever. Am I doing something wrong or is there something causing the problem?
